Terms and conditions of booking

Booking step by step:

1. You send an email, a form with the date of booking or call us with request of availability

2. You wait for the message of the confirmation of booking.

In case of booking the apartment in period of time from 23.12.2020-1.01.2021 it is necessary to pay a deposit equivalent to the first night of stay.

Cancellation of booking

If you have to cancel the booking, please inform us before 10:00 o’clock one day prior to arrival. In case of the late cancellation of the booking or resignation without having informed us you will be charged the amount equivalent to the first night of stay.

Invoices

If you wish to have an invoice for the deposit please inform us within 7 days after the payment. It is not possible to make an invoice later. The same rule regards the invoices for the accommodation.

Silver Apartments reserve the right to charge the Guest for the cost of damages made in the apartment, in building or in the courtyard but also for having lost the keys. It the Guest fails to make the payments till the fixed date or disturbs public order in the tenement and makes the security company intervene, he will also be charged of costs.
